Dear Disciples
Please apologize , for the cancellation of my 2011 visit to Porto Rico ; I take the entire responsability of it and there is no one to be blamed on this account .
Any critics or insults will go directly to me ; remember there are forces around every one ; observe them and do not be caught by them , they are responsible for confusion and playing with your emotions .
If Guru Disciple relation is stabilized by the Sadhana or the spiritual discipline wich is :
Reciting your mantra every day 108 times minimum
Blaming no one not even yourself but improving in consciousness , welcoming , opening heart , trying to be usefull for others as much as possible .
Focusing on breath , So ham , the great secret at free moments .
Respecting your body and needs .
Read scriptures and texts to refine your analysis and critical sense .
Meditation
To be a Tantrik disciple is to realize the sufferance of the world and developp compassion ; you may see the uggliness of poverty , of human relations ,of greed , lies , exploitation ; you have to consider all that and never be destabilized .
for speak the truth allways , in an elegant way do not hurt anyone but speak the truth , sincerity . There is no Love no forgiveness possible or any spiritual acchievement without . All churches , temples ,mosqs would be meaningless witthout the sense of ethics .
There are different categories of insults :
profering bad words spoilling the other's image or selfestim
Inferiorizing someone in judging his capacities .
ignoring the good will of others in never considering their attempt to communicate .
infatuating oneself
utilizing the power of money for oneself and own image .
feeling abandonned when having a Guru
we know how much is difficult indeed to organize one's life what about satsang and (Guru's visit ) .
