The observance of the Yama and Niyama precepts from Patanjali Sutra Sadhana chapter ll 30 32 are the ethical foundation on wich lies the " method " . Indeed it is the method per excellence manifested externally and rooted inwardly . The sutra 33 from 1st chapter Samadhi translates perfectly the state of mind requested for a Sadhana . All surrendering arises on account of what has been referred above . The specificities of certain Sadhana , Tantrik for instance
respect those principles as fundamental in order to transcend them .
Practically , in opening one's mind by cultivating interest in comparative studies wich has no other aim than sharpening discernment instead of looking for certitudes to cover ignorance . Followed by a time for incubation and pondering .
Silent Meditation surrendered by Nature is a must when possible. Regular purificatory acts like puja rituals , Seva ( service , charity ) , fasting help to focus on a path .
Karma Yoga ( facing mundane realities with dignity and responsibility ) .
The program is already copious by itself ...
Inwardly the Seeker ( Sadhak ) surrenders for he knows : not to be the doer .

Esta pequeña publicación contiene la traducción de una serie de conversaciones producidas entre Sri Hanuman, discípulos y aspirantes en un "satsang", o reunión para promover la actitud hacia las asociaciones correctas, en Rincón, en 2005.
Algunos de los integrantes han transcrito el inglés original y han vertido al español las palabras del Gurú con el único fin de contribuir a la continuidad del hombre común, basándose en la cooperación.
Quizá el modo en el que el organismo humano funciona dé mayor entendimiento a esta intención: Cada célula está interesada en su supervivencia, que depende de la célula que está junto a ella. En el estado natural de estar vivo, nuestra supervivencia depende de la supervivencia de nuestro vecino.
En estas páginas, Sri Hanuman se vale del antiguo método de hacer preguntas —al arte de la "partera", como afirmaba Platón por boca de Sócrates— para sacar a la luz los descubrimientos que se forman en el interior de los interlocutores.
Para rendir homenaje a la tradición espiritual [e intelectual] de la que proviene Sri Hanuman, hay que señalar que antes de los griegos, la influencia de las culturas prearias y arias, en el país que hoy conocemos como India, generó una escuela de pensamiento denominada "uttara mimansa" para explorar los límites de la mente por medio de preguntas y aplicar los hallazgos a la vida de la especie humana.
Miles de años después, en Puerto Rico, durante el transcurso de estas "Conversaciones", en una noche junto al mar, la pregunta clave gira aún en torno a la libertad de no conseguir nada.
